Rhea B. Sancassani, MD, FACC, is a medical director for the Jackson Medical Group’s cardiology practice. She received her medical degree from the University Of Miami Miller School Of Medicine and completed her residency and fellowship at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Sancassani is board-certified in cardiovascular disease, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and cardiovascular computed tomography (CT). Her medical interests include general adult cardiology and women’s cardiovascular health, including risk stratification, prevention to treatment of ischemic coronary disease, cardiomyopathy and heart failure, and valvular heart disease.
