At a restaurant on the Caribbean island of Anguilla, Angela Lazarus ate dinner surrounded by friends. As she walked back to the hotel room, her husband Evan headed to a bar with buddies to celebrate the wedding of his best friend.

N.J. twins set to come home months after precarious birth in Anguilla

Newborn twins airlifted to Miami from a Caribbean island were doing well and ready to make their way home to New Jersey, their doctors said today.
Sydney and Serena Lazarus were born April 8 in Anguilla, where their parents were attending a wedding. Angela Lazarus' doctors had approved her travel even though she was 27 weeks pregnant with twins. Her due date was July 5. Read more here.
