The Breastfeeding Class is led by one of our certified lactation consultants. The class is a one day educational session for our expecting mothers and families. The course focuses on the benefits of breastfeeding, importance of early skin-to-skin contact and rooming-in, safe sleep, and the first days of breastfeeding after birth.
