Jackson Health System’s Guest Services department is a welcome center for patients and guests. The department assists with enhancing the hospital’s efforts of continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction. Our Patient Representatives act as liaisons between patients, families, visitors, and hospital staff for the resolution of concerns. We also assist with facility information such as parking, campus navigation, and wheelchair requests.

In addition, the department offers support for our lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ) patients, families, and visitors through designated LGBTQ Patient Advocates. These advocates are specially trained to ensure an optimal patient experience for the LGBTQ community. To connect with an LGBTQ Patient Advocate, simply make a request by phone or in person at our Guest Services department.
