Leaders and frontline healthcare workers urge Miami-Dade County residents to adhere to safety precautions
What:
Jackson Health System is hosting a Zoom virtual press conference to encourage the public to help slow the spread of COVID-19. As cases due to the virus in Miami-Dade County approach more than 179,000, leaders from Jackson, which serves the most vulnerable populations, will be imploring the public to double down on safety measures to help keep at-risk people and healthcare workers safe.

Jackson medical experts will also give an update on COVID-19, speak about flu season and the importance of flu vaccines, and offer safety tips for gatherings as we approach Halloween and the holiday season.
