Online Appointment Scheduling for Physicians

Jackson Health System offers our community physician partners the opportunity to provide their online appointment scheduling link if they have online appointment scheduling set up with their practice. The appointment scheduling link will be added to the physician’s profile on the Jackson website, allowing patients to click on the link and book their appointment directly with the physician practice.

Please fill out the the form and be sure to include the exact link that takes patients to the online appointment scheduling page. Once the information is submitted, please allow 5 to 7 business days to see the Schedule Appointment button on your profile.

Online scheduling is also offered for physicians with UHealth, whose links are managed through the University of Miami Medical Group. Please direct any questions to that team.
