February is American Heart Month and Jackson reached out to our faith-based communities and promoting heart health. We joined with our community churches throughout the month to provide blood pressure checks, Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) Assessments and heart health information to over 500 participants. It’s important for everyone to know that heart disease is the leading cause of death for men and women and we need to take care of our hearts.
