What:
UHealth Jackson Urgent Care at Country Walk will celebrate its grand opening with a family-friendly event this Saturday, October 1. The urgent care center opened its doors to patients more than a week ago, and it’s one of the six locations announced under Jackson Health System’s $1.8 billion capital plan to build new facilities and renovate existing ones.
Guests will receive free health screenings, and will enjoy from games, prizes, and giveaways.
The center is located in Country Walk Plaza at 13707 S.W. 152nd Street. The 4,000-square-foot center is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. It is staffed by expert UHealth – University of Miami Health System physicians and Jackson nurses.
In addition to the Country Walk site, five additional urgent care locations are currently in different phases of development: Keystone Point in North Miami, South Beach, Cutler Bay, North Miami-Dade, and Doral.
