Holtz Children’s Hospital Hosts “Reverse Trick-or-Treat” Halloween Event
What:
Holtz Children’s Hospital is putting a spin on the classic Halloween tradition with their “reverse trick-or-treat” event. Next Monday, October 31, the hospital’s Child Life Department, along with nurses, support staff, and Miami-Dade Fire Rescue will bring goody bags full of spooky treats to each patient’s unit and wish them a happy Halloween. The event will also give the children an opportunity to dress up in their favorite costume and have fun. After the reverse trick-or-treating, each patient unit will host a festive arts and crafts party in their playrooms.
