Prescription Services
New Prescriptions
Before your care begins, a staff member will conduct a benefits investigation to determine your coverage. This includes:
- If our pharmacy is in or out of network with your insurance.
- Informing you of your out-of-pocket costs, including co-payments, co-insurances or deductibles.
- Assisting in completion of prior authorizations.
- If our pharmacy is unable to fill your prescription, a pharmacy staff member will contact you and assist you in finding a pharmacy that can.
- The cash price of a medication is available upon request
Financial Support
Our pharmacy will always use the most cost-efficient option for you, including generics when available. This could occur due to your insurance company preferring the generic be dispensed or to reduce your copay.
The pharmacy has access to financial assistance programs to help with co-payments. These programs range from discount coupons from drug manufacturers and assistance from various disease management foundations. Our staff is trained to help you with enrollment into such programs.
A monthly statement will be billed to your residence for any outstanding balance. Our billing team is available via phone or email Monday – Friday 10:00AM – 4:00PM EST.
- Phone: 305-355-5801.
- Email: [email protected].

Order Status and Order Delays
- You can pick up your medication at the pharmacy or the pharmacy can delivery your medications at no additional cost to you.
- When you order your medications, a staff member will confirm a delivery date and address.
- You can contact the pharmacy during normal business hours to obtain the status of your order.
- In the event your order is delayed, a pharmacy staff member will contact you to inform you and provide additional support if needed.

Supporting Patient Care
Patient Satisfaction
We want you to be completely satisfied with the care we provide. If you or your caregiver have any issues or complaints, please contact the pharmacy directly and speak to one of our staff members.
If you would like to provide additional feedback, you can do so by taking our Patient Satisfaction Survey here.
Emergency Preparedness
The pharmacy has a comprehensive emergency preparedness plan in case a disaster occurs. Disasters may include fire to our facility or region, hurricanes, tornadoes and community evacuations. Our primary goal is to continue to service your prescription care needs. When there is a threat of disaster, we will ensure you have enough medication to sustain you. Please contact the pharmacy directly in the event of a disaster.
Medication Related Issues
Speak up if you have questions or concerns about your medications. Know what medications you take, including why and how you take them.
Contact the pharmacy or your doctor as soon as possible if you experience an adverse reaction or side effect to your medication. If you suspect a medication error or miss a dose of your medication, contact the pharmacy to speak to a pharmacist.
If your medication is recalled, the pharmacy will contact you with further instructions, as directed by the FDA or drug manufacturer.
Medication Storage and Disposal
All medication should be labeled clearly and left in original containers. Once you receive your medication, ensure it is stored correctly prior to use as some medications require refrigeration. If children are in the home, store medications and poisons in childproof containers and out of reach.
For instructions on how to properly dispose of unused medications, check with your local waste collection service. You can also check the following websites for additional information:
Place all used needles, syringes, and other sharp objects into a sharp’s container. Never throw away loose needles and other sharps in trash cans or recycling bins, and never flush them down the toilet. If an FDA-cleared sharp’s container is not available, all sharp disposal containers should be heavy-duty plastic, able to close with a tight-fitting puncture-proof lid, leak resistant, and properly labeled. You can also check the following websites for additional information:
Prevention of Infection
Hand washing is the most important way to prevent infections. Clean your hands and remind others to clean their hands.
