Dr. Heather J. McCrea is the director of pediatric neurosurgery at Holtz Children’s Hospital. Dr. McCrea is board-certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery and the American Board of Pediatric Neurological Surgery. She is an expert in endoscopic procedures and minimally invasive surgeries. She is trained to use both rigid and flexible endoscopes, valuable tools when performing craniosynostosis repairs, and treating brain tumors, pituitary tumors, hydrocephalus, and arachnoid cysts.
